Pat White started her writing career as a newspaper reporter and public relations manager then discovered her passion for writing fiction and screenplays. She is a
Romantic Times Reviewer's Choice winner for Best Contemporary Romance, and a six-time Golden Heart finalist. Pat writes romantic comedy, romantic suspense, young adult romance and paranormal romance. Under pen name,
Hope White, she also writes inspirational romantic suspense. Her first screenplay,
Sugar & Spies won the Northwest Screenplay Competition's Sunbreak Award in 2009, and her young adult screenplay,
Escape, won the Grand Prize in the 2011 Page International Screenwriting Competition, and was a semi-finalist in Scriptapalooza.
